Toksiske tærskler, doser og behandlingsregimer er orienterende litteraturværdier. Individuel risiko afhænger af alder, kropsvægt, komorbiditet, kronisk medicinforbrug, tolerance og blandingsforgiftning. Tjek altid medbragte præparater, anamnese og objektive fund.

Konkrete antidot-doseringer og specifikke behandlingsrækkefølger skal aftales med Giftlinjen, hvor regimerne er opdaterede og individualiseres efter den enkelte forgiftning.
